Eating With The Paleo Diet

The Paleo Diet has been around forever and just mainly paleo cereal helps you get back to the basics of eating. Paleo just means that it is a simplistic diet that is based on foods being either in or out.

The foods that are considered in the Paleo Diet are the food we ate prior to animal and agriculture husbandry which would be meat, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, vegetables, roots, mushrooms and berries. The food that are considered out for the Paleo Diet would be grains, dairy, beans, potatoes, sugar and other fake foods because they are from the neolithic era.

Of course the idea behind the Paleo Diet is that our ancestors in the Paleo times mostly ate foods that were easiest to hunt or gather at that specific location. This diet also is something that you should not eat processed meats. The oils you use in this diet should also be restricted to those from to those from fruits Olive, oil palm, avocado or tree nuts such as coconut, walnut, almond, hazelnut, pecan and even macadamia.

Salt is something that should not be added in this diet, and after awhile your tastebuds will have a lower tolerance for salt, just as if you leave sugar out of your diet for awhile you will get to where you do not have to have it.

The only beverage that is recommended in the Paleo Diet would be Water. If you have to have something with Caffeine I would suggest Organic Green Tea as it is the most Paleo besides water of course.
